Most of us were handed a set of tools for "success" in business and in life. Tools that were built inside a patriarchal, extractive, linear worldview. Think: hustle, hierarchy, scarcity.
Matriarchy is not a female-dominated mirror of that. It's a different set of principles entirely - relationship, reciprocity, and care for life.
And it comes with its own tools and technologies for actually living that way:
Cyclical time instead of grind time.
Community and cooperation instead of competition.
Ancestral and embodied knowing instead of five-year plans built on urgency and fear.
We designed this workshop to offer you both:
1) the principles, so you can recognize where patriarchy, colonialism, and extraction are still running the show; and 2) the tools and technologies that let you build and live differently.

The tools we’ve been handed (growth at all costs, endless productivity, self-sacrifice, treating people as “resources”) come from the same logic: take more than you give back, and move on once the source is depleted.
That’s extraction.
It built empires, at great cost.
And it’s quietly running our calendars, our bodies, our workplaces, our homes and our communities.
But the principles that can carry us forward sustainably never went anywhere.
Care. Reciprocity. Relationship. Regenerative abundance.
We forgot them, swimming in the soup we were born into. But they've always been there: in our intuition, in our bodies, in that quiet knowing of what truly matters and what can actually last.Now, as more of us look for another way, they're rising back to the surface.

When we met in Toronto, we quickly realized we shared a belief that a different way of living, leading, and building was possible.
Neither of us is willing to simply accept the way things have always been done. We believe we can build business differently, profitably - and that we don't have to do it alone.
By bringing together our unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives, we've created this introductory workshop to begin exploring what that new way could look like in practice.
