Each ceremony honours one of the four seasonal thresholds — Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Fall Equinox, and Winter Solstice. These are immersive experiences where we gather to release, remember, and align with the energies of the Earth, Spirit, and our own inner rhythm.

The Earth’s cycles hold deep wisdom. By attuning to seasonal shifts, we align with natural rhythms and energetic portals of growth, release, rest, and rebirth. It’s not just poetic — it’s powerful medicine for embodied, sustainable transformation.

Ceremonies are immersive, 2.5–3 hour journeys that may include guided meditation, theta-wave journeying, journaling, movement, ritual, and embodiment practices. Each one is different, but all are designed to help you shed what no longer serves, connect deeply with yourself, and activate what’s ready to emerge.

Both. All seasonal ceremonies are held in-person in Toronto, and online so women around the world can join. Details are shared with each event invitation.

Nope. You’re welcome to join for a single ceremony or commit to the full cycle through the 4-ceremony package. Each one is complete on its own — but together, they weave a powerful arc of transformation.

Not at all. Whether this is your first ceremony or your 100th, you are welcome. You don’t need to be a dancer, meditator, or healer. Come as you are. The only requirement is an open mind and a willingness to show up honestly.

Live presence is sacred and always encouraged, but a replay can be made available upon request for online ceremonies. In-person ceremonies are not recorded.

Because of the energetic and logistical preparation that goes into each ceremony — including limited capacity and intentional container-building — all sales are final and non-refundable.
That said, I deeply understand that life happens. If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend or loved one. Just send me an email to let me know, and we’ll make the shift together.
For online ceremonies, a recording may be available upon request if you miss the live gathering — though I always recommend attending in real time whenever possible, as the live energy is a powerful part of the experience.
