1. Introduction

Welcome to Conectada.ca (“Site”), operated by Alexandra Hughes, founder of Conectada (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this Site, as well as any products or services offered through it. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or to purchase any offerings. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of Site

You agree to use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that may damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.

4. Offerings

Conectada offers spiritual, ceremonial, and mentoring services, including but not limited to: Soul Journey sessions, Seasonal Sacred Feminine Ceremonies, 13 Moons Membership, and Brand Messaging support. These are not therapeutic or medical services. Any spiritual or intuitive guidance provided is for personal development only.

5. Booking and Payments

All purchases are final. Tickets and private sessions are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another person with written notice. Membership payments are recurring unless canceled in advance. Payment is required at time of booking via our authorized payment processor (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, and digital downloads) is the property of Conectada or its content creators and is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

7. User Submissions and Testimonials

By submitting feedback, testimonials, or other materials to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such material for promotional or marketing purposes. You represent that you have the right to share the material.

8. Disclaimer

Our offerings are intended for educational and spiritual purposes only. We do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Results are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conectada and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party services (e.g., Squarespace, Flodesk, Stripe). We are not responsible for their terms, practices, or availability. Please review their policies independently.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted signifies your acceptance. Please review periodically.
