    At Conectada, ceremony is rooted in ancient feminine wisdom and Earth-honouring ritual. It’s a place to return to yourself — not in isolation, but in sacred connection with others, Spirit, and the living world. Each ceremony is both highly personal and safely shared. A space where the sacred meets the everyday. Where healing meets activation.

    We step into ceremony to shed old skins, clear the noise, and make space for what’s emerging. In group settings, we gather in sisterhood to honour collective thresholds — guided through embodied soul work that may include movement, theta-wave meditation, journaling, burning, and intention-setting.

    1:1 Ceremonial Soul Journeys, on the other hand, offer a more intimate, internal experience — combining ritual, deep theta-wave meditation, and beyond quantum healing in a dreaming-awake state that allows you to access your higher self, ancestral wisdom, and soul-led guidance.

    But it’s more than healing. It’s empowerment.

  • Not at all. These spaces are open to all who feel the call. You don’t need to know how to meditate, journal, shake, move your body to music. Ceremony is not about performance — it’s about presence. Come as you are.

  • Every ceremony is unique, but may include a mix of:

    – Goddess Storytelling, seasonal and astrological insights

    – Guided meditation and theta-wave journeying

    – Breathwork, movement, and simple embodiment practices

    – Rituals like spell-cast journaling, burning, or intention-settomg

    – Group sharing or witnessing (if in circle)

    – Sound, music, or guided visualization

    You’ll always be supported and guided, with space to honour what feels right for you.

  • Ceremony at Conectada is spiritual but not dogmatic. It draws on ancestral wisdom, Earth-honouring traditions, and Divine Feminine principles — but it is inclusive, non-institutional, and always consent-based. You’re invited to connect with Spirit in the way that feels most true to you.

  • Yes — I offer Private Bespoke Ceremonies for rites of passage, birthdays, mother blessings, grief rituals, and other soul thresholds.

    These can be held in your home, cottage or in a sacred outdoor space. I travel to you.

  • You’ll receive guidance ahead of time, but in general:

    – Find a quiet, uninterrupted space and make it sacred. In-person ceremonial spaces will be curated for you.

    – Bring a journal, water to drink and any items you’d like for your altar. If you’re at home, a candle, fireproof container are always a good idea.

    – Wear something comfortable that helps you feel in your authentic power.

    – Come with an open heart and release expectations.

  • For 13 Moons and Seasonal Ceremonies, live attendance is encouraged to preserve the energetic container — but recordings can be made available upon request if you’re unable to attend. 1:1 Ceremonial Soul Journeys are always recorded, as are Private on-line Ceremonies.
